The Company is established for the dominant purpose of directly relieving poverty, suffering, distress and misfortune and for the purpose has the following objects;
• To contribute to the relief of poverty by providing assistance and relief to people experiencing housing related poverty and crisis in their lives • To provide secure, affordable and subsidised housing options for disadvantaged people in the community • To ensure that specialised housing options for disadvantaged groups and individuals are provided • To develop a range of appropriate housing options within the community • To build capacity amongst tenants to assist them to maintain their tenancies • To increase the provision of services to homeless and disadvantaged people • To undertake other objects as the Company shall, in general meeting by way of ordinary resolution, from time to time, decide.
