Staff
The Company Staff members have specific expertise in financial management, tenancy and property management and in developing partnerships with other relevant services. Staff are well trained and skilled in providing appropriate assistance, information and referral to tenants and housing applicants, sustaining tenancies for households at risk and working effectively with all key stakeholders such as government, other community based organisations, property owners, neighbours, real estate agents and the general community.
Training
The Company has a strong commitment to training. The Board of Directors and Staff have and are completing relevant courses associated to Housing management and finance e.g. Masters of Business Administration, Certificate IV in Business Administration and Certificate IV in Social Housing. Staff are trained and regularly update knowledge in relevant legislation such as the Residential Tenancy & Rooming Services Act and the Property Law Act. The Company structure has been developed in a way that promotes skills development for staff and the opportunity to professionally progress.
